This usage governs the free comping images and sample images that you download from our website or from our CD-ROM browser. You can use them for:

• designing comps or creating materials of projects
• designing comps or creating materials for proposals and presentations to clients
  

These images may not be used for final projects, whether for internal or external use in any item and any medium.

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT

Prior to initial use of this image, carefully read the provisions of this License Agreement. After having received the image/s, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The user shall have no ownership rights whatsoever to the image/s available from this site hereinafter referred to as the "Kanji image" and benefits solely from this user's license granted according to the terms and conditions contained herein.

COPYRIGHT MATERIAL

The Kanji images, purchased online, are proprietary and copyrighted. All rights to this material are owned and reserved by Ocean Food, Inc.(KanjiGraphy.com).


EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY NOTED, YOU MAY:

1. Alter, modify, combine and manipulate the Kanji images.
2. Print the Kanji images and distribute in printed, electronic or digital form in any manner for any purpose including but not limited to the following: advertisements, promotions, presentations, brochures, reports, books, book jackets, magazines, magazine covers, packaging, calendars, greeting cards, posters, bill boards, trade show displays, board games, editorial, audio albums, CDs or cassettes, playing cards, mouse pads, coffee mugs, clothing, hats, signs, point-of-sale materials, e-book, e-magazine, web site, game, software, screen-saver, video or editorial articles.
3. Provide the Kanji images in digital form to another company solely for the purpose of printing the Kanji images or creating film separations.
   

YOU MAY NOT:

1. Use the Kanji image/s in such a way that they imply an endorsement by KanjiGraphy.com.
2. Distribute the Kanji images in a manner intended to be separable from the Work. For example, you may not distribute the Kanji images with image editing software as examples for the end user of the software to manipulate.
3. Place the Kanji images, or allow them to be placed, on an electronic bulletin board or ftp server.
4. Copy the image or the accompanying written materials, except in those cases specifically authorized in this license agreement.
5. Reproduce the image as is, for commercial purposes. The user is hereby informed that unauthorized commercial use will result in the user being civilly and/or criminally liable for infringement of copyright.
6. Reproducing or providing the image to more than 10 people, through duplication of the files or by making them available via an Internet, Intranet network, extranet, or through file sharing.
7. Sub-license, sell, resell, distribute, give away, lend, rent, lease or provide others with any of the Kanji images except as part of a Work.
8. Include the Kanji images or derivatives of the Kanji images in any clip art or digital image collection or library provided or available to any persons other than the licensed users of the Kanji images.
   
   

Warranty:
KanjiGraphy hereby guarantees the workmanship of this image for seven days following the date of purchase.
In the event of a defect due to the downloading appearing during the seven day period, Kanjigraphy will replace the defective image.

Disclaimer of warranty and liability
The Kanji image/s is provided as is, under the guarantees provided above. All risks related to the results or performance of the image are assumed by the user.

JURISDICTION

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Japan.

The following three sections are copies from "ReadMe" file contained on KanjiGraphy CD-ROM. These license, warranty and notice are not granted to visitors of this site. It is presented here for reference purposes only.

YOU MAY NOT:

1. Use the Kanji images in such a way that they imply an endorsement by KanjiGraphy.com. or its Suppliers of any KanjiGraphy.com product or service.
2. Distribute the Kanji images in a manner intended to be separable from the Work. For example, you may not distribute the Kanji images with image editing software as examples for the end user of the software to manipulate.
3. Place the Kanji images, or allow them to be placed, on an electronic bulletin board or ftp server.
4. Duplicate the CD-ROM except to create a single backup CD. The backup CD may not by used in any manner unless the original CD-ROM is damaged, destroyed or lost. The backup CD may not be sold, lent, given away, sub-licensed or otherwise transferred to any party.
5. Sub-license, sell, resell, distribute, give away, lend, rent, lease or provide others with any of the Kanji images except as part of a Work.
6. Include the Kanji images or derivatives of the Kanji images in any clip art or digital image collection or library provided or available to any persons other than the licensed users of the Kanji images.
   

JURISDICTION

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Japan.

1. KanjiGraphy.com warrants that it has the right to grant this license to you.
2. When a missed delivery or delivery of incorrect or damaged products or material occurs, immediate replacement shall be awarded; however such claim must reach KanjiGraphy.com no later than two weeks after receiving the product. Please note the arrangement for dispatch of the replacement shall be made only after confirmation of the return of the delivered item.
3. Expenses for freight and packaging generated by the return or replacement of the ordered item will be at the customer’s expense and will be finalized within two weeks of receiving the product. Please note that items for return must be intact if the customer receives an incorrect or visibly damaged product; however, product determined to be defective after opening must be returned in the original packing material.
4. Except where prohibited by law, KanjiGraphy.com makes no other warranty, express or implied, including (without limitation) any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.

• Specifications, price and design of this product are subject to change without notice.
• Please note that in no event shall the producer and/or suppliers of this product be liable for any direct and/or indirect damages whatsoever including accidental damages that might arise out of use or performance of this product
• Any program title, CPU and/or System names quoted in this product are, in principle, registered or non-registered trademarks belonging to applicable companies.
• Windows 3.1, Windows 95 and MS-DOS are the registered trademarks of Microsoft Corporation of U.S.A. inside and outside U.S.A.
• Macintosh is the trademark of Apple Corporation inside and outside U.S.A.
• Unauthorized duplication is a violation of applicable laws and is subject to prosecution.
