	Q: Where can I use the comping image/s?
	A: You can use them for: designing comps or creating materials of projects designing comps or creating materials for proposals and presentations to clients These images may not be used for final projects, whether for internal or external use in any item and any medium.
	Q: Where can I use KanjiGraphy image/s?
	A : When you purchase images from KanjiGraphy, On-line or on CD-ROM, you're licensed to use them anywhere, anytime and through any medium: • websites • online and offline multimedia designs • advertising and promotion campaigns • presentations and brochures • materials for comping presentations to clients • editorial • book jackets and interior designs • packaging for software, music albums, DVDs, CDs and cassettes and video tapes • calendars, greeting cards and posters • trade show displays, posters, billboards and exhibits You only pay once for unlimited use!

	A: All KanjiGraphy images purchased On-line and on CD-ROM.

	A: KanjiGraphy requests a credit adjacent to images used on page or screen reading: KanjiGraphy
	Q: Can I make KanjiGraphy images available for download?
	A: Your license does not permit placing images in a downloadable or FTP format, or making images available for use by others in any other way.
	Q: Do you have a service to help me make my own Kanji images?
	A: Yes, we do. We offer "Request Form" for your convenience. If you coudn't find the Kanji image/s you need in our Kanji list or ready-made CDs, please use this request form. You can get only what you want, quickly and conveniently. Your personalized and customized kanji could be anything that you wish to be. As to details, please click HERE.
	Q: How do I find image/s I want?
	A: Please go to the "CD List" page or "Categorized Image List" page to find image/s you need. We are planning to add an image search function to this site in the near future, but it is not ready yet.
	Q: Is it safe to use my credi card?
	A: Yes, it is. Our site uses SSL(Secure Sockets Layer) technology to encode all your sensitive information (name, address, credit card numer).
	Q: What kind of payment do you accept?
	A: We accept the following credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, American Express Card, UFJ Card, Diners Club International and JCB cards. We also accept payments by PayPal. As to the details refer to "HELP" page.
	Q: How long will it take to receive CD-ROMs?
	A: We use EMS (International Express Mail Service) to dispatch ordered item/s to you. Delivery shall take approximately 7 days after dispatch, though it may slightly vary by the destination of the product. If you live in a large city, it should take only three to four days, but in a remote place far from major city, may take longer. Delivery on a designated date is cannot be promised.
	Q: Can I purchase indivisual image online?
	A: Yes, now you can order any single image introduced on this site. We guarantee that all Kanji images are royalty-free and ready to use for any media with no hidden extra cost.
