Online ordering procedures with KanjiGraphy shopping cart:

1. KanjiGraphy's shopping process has been divided into three (3) easy steps. When you are ready to order any item/s , press the button "Add to cart" on the detailed explanatory page of each item.

2. After clicking on the "Add to cart" button, the selected item/s for order and the sub total will be displayed on a new Secure browser window. If they are what you wish to purchase, select your country from the "Select your country" list to the bottom of the page. Then press the "Onto step 2" button.

3. On the next page, there will be a "Kanjigraphy's End User License Agreement". Please read the documents carefully and if you decide to accept the terms, press the "Accept" button. If you do not accept the terms, press the "Refuse" button. If you purchase item/s other than CD-ROM/s or Kanji image/s, please ignore the "Kanjigraphy's End User License Agreement".

4. As your personal data input form will appear after "Accept" button is pressed, please make sure to fill out the form completely and press the "Onto step 3" button.

5. On the next page you will see the "Order Review" page. Please confirm all the information that you have filled out is correct and press the "Order" button. If you would like to modify some sections, please go back to pervious page and fix them.

6. After the "Order" button is pressed, you will receive an "Acknowledgment of order" from our website immediately by e-mail.

Single Image Order :
All orders are manually processed. As soon as your order has been processed we will send you an email with the image/s you ordered. Please follow the instruction below to open the file.

CD-ROM Order :
Depending on your shipping address, you should expect your order to arrive within one week.

Online ordering procedures with PayPal shopping cart:

1. PayPal's payment system is very easy and secure and divided into some easy steps. When you are ready to order any our CD/s , press the button "Add item to cart" or "Buy Now" on the "CD List" page or on the detailed explanatory page of each image.

2. After clicking on the "Add item to cart" or "Buy Now" button, the selected item/s for order and the sub total will be displayed on a new Secure browser window by Paypal. If they are what you wish to purchase, press the "Checkout" button.

3. On the next page, you will see "Payment Details". If you are already a member of PayPal, please log in with your "Email Address" and "PayPal Password". In the case that you have never used PayPal before, please sign up first through PayPal's secure page.

4. After you log in, you will see the "Payment Details" concerning the shipping. Please check again the "Payment Details" carefully and if they are all correct, press the "Pay" button.

5. After you press the "Pay" button, you will be displayed a Confirmation page where you can see all the details of your successful payment.

6. After you complete the steps as explained above, you will receive an e-mail receipt for your transaction, confirming payment and a copy of the Payment details.

(Note: You are unable to purchase Single Image with PayPal shopping cart. Only CDs are available with PayPal. If you would like to purchase Single Image, please use KanjiGraphy's shopping cart. Read the instructins above.)

After you purchase any single Kanji image from our web site, you will receive an E-mail with the image file as an attachment. Please follow the instructions below to open the image file :

Windows User :

1. When you receive the image attached to the Email from us, please save the attached image file on your desktop or in any other file you choose. The image will be compressed as a zip file(.zip).
2. Please open "Stuffit Expander™", "WinZip®" or any unzipping application installed on your hard drive and select "Expand" or "Decompress" under the File menu. It opens a window to select the image you want to decompress. Choose the image you want to decompress from the window and press "Open". That's it. The decompressed JPEG file will appear on desktop or on the folder you selected.
3. Now you can open the decompressed JPEG file with any image editing software that opens JPEG format.

*Just in case you don't have installed any zip application on your hard drive, we have links for the "StuffIt Expander™" and "WinZip®" below. Please visit their sites and download either appication and install it on your computer before opening the image file.

(NOTE: The method of how to open the compressed file may depend on the application and the version of the application you use, so if you use an application other than the ones introduced above, please follow the instructions of the particular program you use.)

Mac User :

1. When you receive the image attached to the email from us, please save it on your desktop or in any file you like. The image is compressed by Stuffit(.sit).
2. Please open "Stuffit Expander" and select "Expand" under the File menu. It opens a window to select the image you want to decompress. Choose the image you received and press "Open". That's it. The decompressed JPEG file will appear on desktop or on the folder you selected.
3. Now you can open the decompressed JPEG file with any image editing software that opens JPEG format.

We use EMS (International Express Mail Service) to dispatch ordered item/s to you. The postage is as per following table. Delivery shall take approximately 7 days after dispatch though it may vary slightly by destination. Delivery on a designated date is unacceptable. When any delay is expected due to unavoidable circumstances, i.e. an out-of-stock situation of ordered item/s, advanced notice will be given.

Customers who prefer to order by fax, rather than online, may use the fax order sheet. Please press the "Order by Fax" button below to get the fax order form and print it out. Please fill out the form and fax to 81-52-355-2225. Please make sure all required information is given before sending.

If you are going to order any single image, please write down "the image number", "the definition" and "the resolution" of the image you want in the field for comments.
